Went out for a ride yesterday, still plenty of ice around but the roads were
quite clear and dry, although in some places the damp patches on the roads
were starting to freeze again. Also didn't realise how cold I actually was untill
I got home and started thawing out. hahaha

Stopped by one of the lakes on the way home and just listened. Amazing to hear how much noise the ice makes on a seemingly still and solid lake. It was quite meditational. May go to a slightly different spot with the girls tonight, let
them be bored by it. Haha

So the lake is covered in ice?

But it doesn't look flat!

Yepp, it's the varying texture of the ice reflecting the light differently.

Been busy lately, went for a ride on saturday (to work and back, via... as you do)
Sunday was spent disassembling, maintaining and reassembling my motorbike.
