Bike hire in sunny climes

No kids this chrimbo, so thinking instead of going to my parents on my own, go for a
holiday, somewhere warm. On my own.  
Anyone heard of or got experience of this company? http://www.hctravel.com/html/europe.html
They have a setup in Barcelona, and I can get direct flights to there, from here.
Would love to take my own bike, but not sure I would get to the ferryterminal here in winter.
Anyone else fancy coming along?

I would LOVE to, 2 trip ups though, pennies, and some hire points want a clean licence (1 endorsement I think)
