Servicing. Empty Servicing.

Not having worked on bikes before, but normally Land Rovers, it seems to me that a bike
needs to be stripped down to do any servicing.
Air filter, sparkplugs, oil, oil filter, etc. Also going to take the rear wheel off to get a new tyre
fitted. I'll see how far I get tomorrow :-)

I thought so. Cheap for Norwegian standards, anyway :-) Changed the oil and filter yesterday. Drove to work this morning to get rid of some of the petrol in the tank, so it will be easier to remove, to do the plugs.

The Heidenau's are the cheap option over here, slightly better than Chinese tyres.

Ard seems to like them, and they get good reviews. i suppose I can let you know how I get on :-)
just went out to check the bike, and unlike an LR it's completely dry underneath
after yesterdays oil change :-)

Dont forget to take it easy for a while on the new tyres as they will have slippery release agent on them.
