Spark Plugs
Anyone know the difference between a NGK B9ES and a NGK BR9ES plug?
Does the R plug run hotter? They look identical.

Re: Spark Plugs
The R plug has a built in resistor, no hotter, just less interference to passing radios,t.v.'s etc. But, you should have resistor caps as standard.

Ok cool. So I can use the R plug then?
Not sure about the cap as it looks quite old but works ok

Re: Spark Plugs
Unless you have a resistor cap as well, then your spark will be slightly weaker (twice as much resistance).
