Home brewed powder coating.
A while ago I bought a diy powder coating kit. I have done a few small odds and sods, but decided yesterday to do a full on proper bit.
I have had a gash barrel hanging around for the XL for a while (didn't take before pics, sorry), so I bunged it in the dishwasher first, then after that I gave it a light wire brushing, then using this
Then this
Then waiting for 20 mins at 180 degrees (or until tender) and about half an hour cooling time (180 is flipping hot you know)
I got this
and this
Which made me

I meant the one in top LEFT. It's an ordinary durexell.

Hang on, that might explain one or two things!
