Classic TT on Friday
Not many sleeps now!!
It's a bit noisy, but I care not!! It'll be OK on the island.

Re: Classic TT on Friday
Back home now and managed a 'fast lap' round the mountain circuit - 2 hrs 58 minutes.
Mind you, we stopped for fuel in Laxey, then over an hour for chips, coffee and buns in Ramsey plus a visit to the RNLI shop, played at the Gooseneck for pics for another 20 mins or so, then got followed by Plod all the way over the mountain. Couldn't get past a bus (because of plod) until Kirk Michael so thought knackers to it and stopped for a pint near Crosby finally returning to pit lane a long time after setting off.
Must make a note to try harder next time, maybe less pissing about en route.....
Problems?
Well the 550 sprang a leak - suspect either the neutral switch O ring, or maybe it was just because of all the British bikes around.
Carbs acting up again, jets need doing AGAIN grrr!
Richard tried to torpedo me with one of his spannies off the T500.
And that's it. Great these old 2 strokes aren't they?
Best things?
Manx ale.
The bikes.
8000rpm in 4th going down to Crag Ny Barr racing a couple of vans!
The company.

Booked for this year as well. Looking forward to the smell, sound and sight of two strokes at high speed again.
