Actually, the only bright yellow Indian I can think of is 'Ole 403, a board track type bike.

Rattleshake, the kicker quadrant is very similar to early Douglas but the forks on a Duggie have a much shallower angle. Also the forks used by the Indian are castle pattern forks and Douglas used fore and aft check springs.
