Woolie has been explained in the vintage dept.

A MOT is a vehicle examination that every vehicle over 3 years old has to take in this country to make sure it is roadworthy. It is a right pain in the arse.

It's a compulsory annual vehicle test/check on vehicles over 3 years old cuz, called an MOT Test, it stands for "Ministry of Transport Test".

I usually have me birthday party then (just after the real date) so you have an invite if you would like to come. Free food and as much tea as you can sup! Somewhere under cover to park the combo too.
