One for you land rover boys.

The rear electric windows on my old 300 TDI Disco will only open or close when they want to, you can hit either button for either side as much as you like but nothing happens, I keep trying as I drive and eventually they'll go up (or down)

The child tamper button doesn't affect it from the front when it's working, and the front windows aren't affected at all.

Any suggestions as to what it could be ?

Thanks for those suggestions you two, I'll swap ONE of the switches around, and if it still affects just the rear windows I know I've gotta get the circuit board out, I'm kinda hoping it's the switches if I'm honest.
