Yup. A Jubilee. Right pile of shite they were. Poor performance, poor reliability and handled bad. No wonder the Japs sold bikes when that sort of thing was on offer as an alternative.

Just look at the write up for the Jubilee - Fanny Barnet forks, a full 16bhp! (When the average Jap 250 was making 25+, pressed together downtube, short stroke high rev motor.
