Re: We're going tin
Well, either, Bill old buddy.
The point is that we're now removed from oor wee stinky, shabby hovel and are resident in a residential caravan - in't garden, until god the landlord fixes up oor hoose to modern standards...that'll prolly take till next year sometime I reckon.
By the way, yer all fucking cunts.

Re: We're going tin
Too late mate cos we're back in the hoose again after nearly 9 months in the van.
I don't know if I stuck a pic up of the van or not so I'll find one if I can. It was a nice van and quite large at around 12ft x 30ft - but fucking cold once winter hit.
Here's a pic I found...

Re: We're going tin
I've the usual old-age related bollocks Bill & Jem - deteriorating health, can't be arsed wanking, loss of appetite and fucking pains all over my auld clapped oot semi-corpse...but apart from that shite I guess I'm doing OK'ish.
I've a CT scan booked for next week cause I've lost over two fucking stone in weight in the past two or three months, down to 9st 10lbs...fuck me, that's what I was when I was bastarding 17!
I'll need to get on here more often cos I miss all you cunts.

Re: We're going tin
Hi fannies, it's me again.
Mind thon scan I went for? Well it was bowel cancer, quite a bad 'un as I lost a kidney, spleen, hauf ma pancreas and numerous other bits but they got all the cancer, so no chemo or radiation therapy - thank fuck! Got a shite bag oan ma tummy though.
I spent 2 months in hospital from mid March to mid May...shoulda been a month but I caught pneumonia and nearly pegged oot so I spent an extra month in.
I was unconscious for two weeks with breathing difficulties and on a ventilator, my poor lad was told they might have to switch it off and they'd need his permission - what a mind fuck for him! Fortunately, the next day I rallied and started to breathe a bit better...so here I am to pester you all again.
The biggest downside is my Anne is now in full time care in a local care home, fuck, I miss her so fucking much it's doing my nut in! I can't see me ever getting back strength enough to look after her at home...fuck, I'm still only 8st 10lbs and weaker than a fucking wet woodbine!
Living alone is a total cunt so no doubt I'll be on here more often, tis a pity it's so quiet these days innit...

Re: We're going tin
Well Ray mate, it's good that you're still alive even if it's 'only just'. Sorry to hear about Anne too, although at least if she's in good care, then that's something less for you to worry about. Make sure the fuckers at the hospital didn't sell all your old bits to make pies or haggisburgers. Go and see Anne as much as possible and get yourself something like. Have you still got the wee bike or has that been sold too?
For fuxake, try to keep smiling even if it's only a grimace nowadays.

Re: We're going tin
Grimace is the right word Al, I reckon I've had enough of this shite hole of a world.
The only thing that keeps me alive is my wife and my son...therein lies much more suffering I'm afraid.
I'm a fatalist, life is only worth living if you actually have a life worth living...death beckons me every-fucking-day but I can't be selfish and consider myself before my loved ones - that's where my daily pain lies.
I'll smile or grimace, but I'll really be wishing for peace from all the agony of life I'm dealt every day.
Fuck! I'm such a whining bastard ain't I!

Dunno about whining Ray, you've had more shite than anyone else I ever met.
I just wish all the best to Annie. I know you think of her so well.
The world isn't fair, we just have to play the hand we're dealt.
I'll have to pop up with another bottle soon.

Re: We're going tin
My wee darling Anne lost her battle against her illness in late August.
I'd been in the process of trying to get her back home again despite the government closing down the home carers service - fucking bastards.
Fortunately, oor lad seems to have met a decent lass that'll stand by him through the hard times, so perhaps in the near future I can get the peace that I've craved for, for such a long time.
That's all dear friends, bye bye.

Re: We're going tin
Just back off hols so only just seen this.
Really sorry to hear about your loss, but perhaps it's the release that she needed and might help you to have a bit of life now - even if it's just getting outside and having a bit of 'Ray Time'.
I hope you stick around Ray, don't do anything daft old mate.
