Probably.

Nearly hit a pedestrian at lunchtime whilst out on the push bike. Silly cow walked straight in to the road as she was looking in the other direction at the car coming.

Luckily I was barely moving.

No, the dogs name is Niko and is Malamute Husky crossed with Japanese Akita, hence he is a Makita.
